My name is Andreas Hauser, I have an academic background in business economics and tourism management in Germany, Spain and the Netherlands. With a master dissertation on business ethics in management consulting, I finished my post-gradual MBA studies in International Management Consulting with distinction. The formation as a coach for personality development rounds off my profile.
For ten years, I worked as a strategy consultant for economic development projects, with long-term assignments in Europe, the Arab World and Latin America. Further to heading planning and management tasks, I was also responsible for the organization, leadership and moderation of intercultural work groups.
As an intercultural trainer and coach for management and leadership, I have successfully prepared more than 5,000 professionals and executives from over 120 countries for international projects, challenges and assignments. My clients include engineers, economists, IT experts, bankers, architects, project managers, HR executives and public sector employees. A special focus of my trainings lies in integrating and accompanying foreign professionals into the daily (work) life in Germany.
By bringing in my own long-term project experience with private and the public sector organisations world-wide, I enable my participants to actively bridge the gap between theory and applied practice. Regularly, I lecture at international universities. In 2012, I published my book "Intercultural Project Management in the Arab World" (in German); a new volume on Latin America is currently in preparation. Furthermore, I am an active member of the world's largest interculturalist network SIETAR.
My travels to over 90 countries of the world and my work in four continents have given me a deep understanding of the implications of being successful across cultural barriers and boundaries.
I train and coach in German, English and Spanish plus have a working knowledge of Italian, French, Dutch and Arabic.
